OFFERTRACE BY HARVEST · SEPTEMBER 9, 2026
Privacy, in plain language.
Offertrace is an early-access product from Harvest. This notice describes the information collected on offertrace.app and supplements Harvest’s Privacy Policy.
When you join the list
We store your email address, selected role, the time you joined, your request to receive early-access information, and the ad or campaign identifiers in your visit URL. If you answer the optional follow-up, we also store whether your agency runs recurring paid promotions. We use this to manage early access, assess buyer fit, and contact you about Offertrace and possible pilots.
Signing up doesn’t create a paid subscription, grant access to your advertising accounts, or commit you to a pilot.
Site and campaign measurement
We record one landing-page visit per browser session with a random session identifier and campaign parameters. The identifier is held in session storage and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or when you close the tab. We connect this visit to your signup to understand which messages attract relevant agencies. We don’t collect browsing history from other sites.
If you allow optional Meta measurement, the Meta Pixel shares page visits and completed signup events with Meta, which may use cookies and device information under Meta’s Privacy Policy. We don’t send the email or role you enter to the Pixel. You can decline, or revoke permission using “Ad measurement” in the footer. Global Privacy Control is treated as a refusal. Revoking stops future events; it does not retract events already sent.
Where information goes
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions in its D1 database. Cloudflare also processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Harvest team members use the submissions for the purposes described here. We do not sell the early-access list.
Keeping and removing information
We plan to review the early-access list within 12 months and remove records that are no longer needed for the launch or a continuing relationship. To access, correct, or delete your entry, or stop early-access emails, contact support@harvestapp.ai with “Offertrace” in the subject. We may need to verify that the address belongs to you.
Abuse prevention
To limit automated submissions, the form uses a hidden spam field and temporary request limits. The application stores keyed, rotating hashes of request IP addresses for these limits and removes old limit records during subsequent requests. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the signup or visit tables. Cloudflare may keep separate infrastructure and security logs.
